I went on the Disney Cruise back in 2014 and had a blast!

Everyday is a new adventure and I just celebrated my 17th Birthday!

My Challenge:
I was born with Congenital Heart Disease.
My Wish:
My Wish took me to Disney World back in 2011. Even though I was much younger, it was such an amazing experience!
My Journey:
Although I’ve had many surgeries, I am doing great today and am working hard in the 7th grade!
Shawn – Wish #28
My Challenge:
I was born with Membranous VSD- Bacterial Endocarditis, a heart defect.
My Wish:
My Wish took me to Disney World back in 2011!
My Journey:
I am now 17 years old and making lots of progress in all aspects of my life, enjoying each new day!

I was born with Prader-Willi Syndrome, a complex genetic condition.

I felt like such a princess when I went to Disney World for my Wish back in 2016!
My Journey:
I had major surgery last year but am doing really well now! Making an appearance in a Dunkin Donuts commercial has certainly been a highlight of mine!

I was born with a rare Micro-cystic Lymphatic Malformation in my face, which has caused problems for my immune system.
My Wish:
I had the time of my life on the Disney Cruise for my Wish back in 2013!

I continue to play football and even raised enough money to play in the 12U All-Star Football Team down in Florida last year!
